Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot redeem gift vouchers via the coupon field in the shop. We are still waiting for the technical implementation in the new shop. Please contact us briefly before ordering and we will create a working code for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we don't have a shop on site. You can therefore only order online and collect your order. Orders for collection are usually ready for collection within 2-3 hours. You will of course receive a message when your order is ready.

Please contact our customer service by replying to the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email, via the contact form or by telephone. Photos are always helpful! As a rule, we will send you a return label and you will receive a replacement or a refund. Especially when cutting duplicate fabrics, a mistake can sometimes be overlooked on the inside or underside. Of course, we make every effort to ensure that our goods leave our premises in perfect condition.

Please contact customer service. We only dispatch orders where all items as ordered are in stock in sufficient quantities. If we notice that one or more items are no longer in stock or not in sufficient quantity, we will contact you in advance. So if something is missing or you have received the wrong item, we have made a mistake in picking and we will replace the wrong items or send missing items.
