Jersey fabric with a wide rib look. The wide ribs give the fabric its striking structure and eye-catching appearance. As with most jersey fabrics, rib jersey is also stretchy and elasticated. This allows for a comfortable fit and freedom of movement when worn. The fabric is soft, pleasant to the touch, robust and easy to care for. Rib jersey can be used for a variety of garments, including jumpers, cardigans, dresses, skirts and trousers. However, it is also very popular for hats, hair bands, loops and the like. Jersey is particularly popular for baby and children's clothing due to its properties.
