Description
Jersey fabrics, also known as tricot fabrics, are elastic, breathable, absorbent, robust and easy to care for. Jersey fabrics are suitable for washing in the washing machine, crease less and ironing is not always necessary but possible.
Perfect for making comfortable, body-hugging garments such as T-shirts, dresses, skirts, pyjamas or trousers, hats, hairbands and loops.
Sewing tip:
For the perfect success of your sewing project, use a jersey needle and cut the waistband a few centimetres smaller than the circumference of the seam.
Care tip:
So that you can enjoy our great fabrics for a long time, we recommend washing jersey gently and turning it inside out beforehand.
