Please contact our customer service by answering the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, using the contact form or by telephone. Photos are always helpful! Usually we will send you a return label and you will receive a replacement or a refund. Especially when cutting duplicated fabrics, a mistake can be overlooked on the inside or underside. Of course, we do our utmost to ensure that our goods leave our house in perfect condition.

Please contact our customer service. We only send orders for which all items are in stock in sufficient quantities as ordered. If we notice that one or more items are no longer available or not in sufficient quantities on stock, we will contact you beforehand. So if something is missing or you have received the wrong item, we made a picking error and we will replace the wrong item or send the missing item/s.
